You can expect the first visit with your ND to be approximately 75 minutes in length and encompass a thorough intake and history. Dr. Jaswal will be asking many questions about your health, please bring any recent lab results to your appointment if you have them. You will work with Dr. Jaswal to build your individualized treatment plans based on your health goals.

Naturopathic visits are not covered by OHIP. However, most extended health insurance plans cover the cost of visits. Check with your insurance provider to find out what is included under your particular plan. We offer direct billing to most insurance companies - give us a call to find out if we can submit your claim for you!

Absolutely! Telemedicine and virtual care not only saves you time but enables you to access care from anywhere in Ontario (if you live outside of Ontario we cannot care for you through Telemedicine but are always happy to refer you to someone in your province or state). Our online booking gives you the option of choosing an in-person or virtual appointment, so you can make the choice that’s right for you.
